I've been slackin', but I redeem myself by presenting TWO deals this week. First, it's spring and it's Restaurant Week in Bethesda - Get either a two-course lunch for $15 or a three-course dinner for $30. While those prices are still fairly steep, it's at some of the best restaurants I otherwise could not afford on a regular day, so why not take advantage?

The second deal is the one I'm most excited about and the fat kid in me took full advantage of last night:
All D.C. area Baskin-Robbins have a special through Saturday, April 24th where patrons can get a kid's scoop of ice cream for a $1, two scoops for $2 or three scoops for $3. Last night, I got three scoops, of chocolate chip, two scoops of Spider-Man (which is hella good) and a kid's scoop of Baseball Nut (also good). I don't recommend being so gluttonous.

For those who don't know, today is Wednesday and on Wednesdays 100 Montaditos near Bethesda Row has a special where all sandwiches are a $1. The prices for the sandwiches are already pretty cheap ranging from $1 - $3, but the fact that I can have five tiny meat rolls for $5 is appealing. Chips come free with each order.
